Welcome to our Afternoon Tea Party!

Let us invite you to a heavenly experience high above the treetops – our Afternoon Tea Party.
In the cosy restaurant Heaven, with sweeping views over the fields below, you enjoy our Afternoon Tea in several acts without ever having to leave your table. We start with the season’s canapés followed by “the second breakfast”, our take on eggs benedict. Then come freshly baked scones with delightful accompaniments, heavenly pastries and refreshing iced tea from Sips. As we base our menu almost exclusively on locally sourced ingredients and want to support what’s grown nearby, we change the servings with the seasons.

Your table is reserved for 1.5 hours – if you’d like to stay on after that, you’re welcome to settle into the lounge, subject to availability.

The Afternoon Tea Menu

Served on Saturdays, Sundays, selected public holidays and bridge days. The menu changes throughout the period.

The Canapés

Tartlet – skrei – horseradish – white soy

Heaven’s homemade scones
Whipped butter – homemade jam – fresh cheese from Arla Unika – heavenly cheeses

The Tea

Almond and orange from SIPS, an artisan black tea crafted in Skåne

The Sweets

Rhubarb – white chocolate – almond
Madeleine – orange – brown butter – rosemary
Milk chocolate – coffee beans – muscovado
