Let us invite you to a heavenly Afternoon Tea experience high above the treetops – our Less Ordinary Tea Party. In the cozy Heaven Restaurant, with a sweeping view over the fields below, enjoy our Afternoon Tea in several acts without ever leaving your table. We present the season’s canapés, followed by the chef’s warm “second breakfast”, and then our classic warm scones with delicious accompaniments and tea. We round off with a heavenly sweet finish that enhances your afternoon. As we always use the best local produce from our producers, our menu changes with the seasons. You can find all our available dates in the booking calendar below. This is how we think an Afternoon Tea Party should be!

Your table is booked for 1.5 hours. If you wish to stay longer, you are welcome to move to the lounge, subject to availability.

The Canapés

Tartlet – deer – blackcurrant
Sugar beet – seed emulsion – mushrooms
Sourdough – blue mussel – apple – horseradish

The Second Breakfast

Cured salmon – 63° egg – hay glazed potatoes – beetroot hollandaise – rye crisp – seaweed caviar

Homemade scones
Whipped butter – cream cheese from Arla Unika – marmalade – selected cheeses

The Sweets

Tosca – winter pear – vanilla

Macaron – saffron – cloudberries

Mint – chocolate – caramelized milk

Children aged 2-12:
Choose between the regular Afternoon Tea service (395 SEK) or a waffle buffet (195 SEK)
