The Less Ordinary Menu
This menu, consisting of four servings and taking approximately 1.5 hours, is included in all of our accommodation packages, every day of the week. Our head chef, Jesper, adapts the menu according to what is available in the surrounding woods and from local farmers, and may change parts of the menu as the seasons change.
In the dining room, our restaurant manager and her team are focused on providing you with the best possible service. She also selects a wine package and creates a juice package, which can be added on, with each drink carefully chosen to enhance the dining experience.
We can accommodate for allergies if we are informed at least one week before your stay. As we have a small kitchen, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that there will be no “traces of” in the food we prepare. It is therefore crucial that we are informed of any airborne allergies or intolerances to “traces of”. Please let us know about any allergies when making your booking, by calling 046-24 89 05 or emailing info@thelodge.se. Non-medical dietary preferences, special requests or “diets” are not something we are able to accommodate.

Afternoon Tea
In the cozy restaurant Heaven, with sweeping views over the fields below, you can enjoy our Afternoon Tea served in several courses, without ever having to leave your table. We begin with seasonal canapés, followed by “the second breakfast,” our interpretation of eggs Benedict. This is followed by freshly baked scones with delicious accompaniments, heavenly pastries, and refreshing iced tea from Sips. As we base the menu almost exclusively on locally sourced ingredients and aim to support local producers, the offerings change with the seasons.
Your table is reserved for 1.5 hours. If you wish to stay longer, you are welcome to move to the lounge, subject to availability.

Lunch at The Lodge
We serve a two-course business lunch Monday-Friday*. The lunch is included in our conference package, but can also be booked separately subject to availability (booked by calling 046-24 89 05). Includes soup, main course, homemade bread, water and coffee.

Honulele Spa Lounge
In our spa café, we serve a lounge menu that can also be enjoyed by non-spa guests during the summer, sitting on our cozy courtyard outside of Honulele Spa.
If you happen to be passing by and would like to eat, you are warmly welcome as a “drop-in” guest, but to guarantee a table we recommend always calling us and booking on + 46 (0) 46-24 89 05! Changes to the above offerings may occur without the website being updated.
