Step into our wood-fired sauna, out into the cold plunge when you’re ready, then back into the warmth. When you need a break, the Honulele Spa Café awaits, where you can buy Hawaiian poké bowls, smoothies and tasty toasts. Settle in front of the crackling fire in the spa lounge with the panoramic view in front of you.
Then comes our guided Aloha Spa Ritual in 7 steps, a journey through Hawaii’s tropical islands. You begin with a sea-salt foot bath and are guided onward through a body scrub in the cleansing room, aromatic steam in the steam sauna, the stillness of the warm lagoon lit by torchlight, a two-part aufguss in the cedar-wood sauna and finally the air-therapy room Makani Kai. At every step you use the season’s nourishing products from COSMOS-certified L:A Bruket. After the ritual you land in The Nest Relax or Waikiki Lounge with soft resting beds, tea and sweeping views over the Scanian fields.

A balmy evening on the veranda. Something cold in your glass. Sweeping views over the rolling Scanian fields below – and dishes that reflect the place you’re in, cooked with care and seasonal ingredients.
This summer our head chef Jesper Sandqvist and the team at Heaven have created a four-course menu based on the very best Swedish ingredients. The vegetables come, among other places, from Bondekocken’s fields in Genarp, just a stone’s throw away. Other things we have foraged and preserved ourselves during the year. Everything is made from scratch – by our wonderful new kitchen team.
The menu is served every evening through 31 August – as a standalone dinner or as part of your overnight package. Welcome to a Dinner Less Ordinary.

A Summer Lunch Less Ordinary

Summer Lunch at The Veranda
High above the treetops, long summer lunches await under the parasols on the veranda, where the view, the atmosphere and the feeling around the table take up just as much space as the food.
You start with the soup of the day and continue with a main course (choose between three favourites). Alongside we serve our own sourdough bread, hand-whipped butter, still water and coffee or tea. Finish off with the Dessert of the Day for SEK 85. Here conversations are allowed to linger, glasses stay a little longer and the afternoon comes and goes at its own pace. Welcome to a Summer Lunch Less Ordinary!
