A Less Ordinary In-Room Guide

A warm welcome to The Lodge to enjoy Life Less Ordinary! To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we have gathered information here that we think you’ll find helpful. Do you have any other questions or thoughts? Don’t hesitate to ask us!

In the Main Lodge, you’ll find the reception, restaurant, and our lounge with an adjoining bar. Here, breakfast, lunch, the Afternoon Tea Party, fika, and dinner are served. During the summer, you can enjoy the view from the large veranda outside. The reception is staffed on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Outside of these hours, staff in the restaurant and spa are available to assist you.

At Honulele Spa, you can experience relaxation and rest in Hawaiian spirit. We kindly ask you to shower in your room beforehand and put on dry swimwear, a bathrobe, and slippers. There is also a lounge menu from which you can order food.

For emergencies, call 112 for ambulance/police/fire services immediately, then warn others. The assembly point for hotel evacuation due to fire is called The Point and is located about 15 meters down the hill on the left side toward the parking lot. This location is marked on the evacuation map in your room.

Toiletries

Toiletries such as toothpaste, deodorant, razors, etc., are available for purchase at the reception. We also sell the bathroom products from L:A Bruket. Swimwear and skincare products are available for purchase in the spa.

Taxi

Svea Taxi +46 (0) 46 13 80 00 is the company we recommend. Remember to book well in advance, as the minimum driving time to here is usually from 30 minutes up to an hour.

Check-Out

Private bookings check out at 11:00 AM, conference bookings at 10:00 AM.

PS! To avoid waiting during check-out, feel free to settle your bill before or after breakfast.

Breakfast

Served from 7:00 AM–9:30 AM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM–10:00 AM on weekends. You can also order “Breakfast in Bed” to your room for 145 SEK. Book by 4:00 PM the day before at the reception.

2-Course Lunch

Served on weekdays between 11:30 AM–1:30 PM when we have conference guests. Private guests are, of course, welcome to book lunch as well. During summer and holiday seasons, our Afternoon Tea is served instead.

Dinner for Guests with The Treetop Escape Package

Your assigned dinner time is noted on your check-in confirmation; please arrive at the restaurant at least 10 minutes before. See the menu at the reception or on our website under thelodge.se/restaurang.

Other Services

Bank, grocery store, car rental, pharmacy, and gas station can be found in Veberöd, about 8 km from The Lodge. There is also a pharmacy and liquor store in Dalby, about 10 km away. A small selection of pharmacy items, such as bandages, is available at the reception.

Hiking Trails

The Lodge is surrounded by beautiful trails, ideal for both experienced hikers and those who enjoy a scenic walk. We’re located on the Skåneleden Trail (orange markings), from which you can find two other trails: the blue trail (approx. 5.5 km) up to Romeleklint and a green trail (approx. 2.2 km) with a quiz walk. Rail Trolley Biking

Just a stone’s throw away, there is an old, disused railway where you can bike on a rail trolley through lush summer scenery. Read more & book here!

Picnic Basket
