On the Swedish school breaks, we open up our cozy day spa package, Honulele Retreat, for kids over 10 years old! We promise you enjoyment at the highest level. Here, you will experience all parts of our Hawaiian Spa, high above the treetops – because that’s how we think a school break should be!

The Honulele Retreat is a day spa/morning spa/evening spa package that begins with two hours of access to the Honulele Spa, where you’ll sink into our 38 degrees warm infinity pool, bathe in the hot sauna, and enjoy the panoramic view in front of a crackling fire in the cozy spa lounge. When you start to feel hungry, you can order from our lounge menu, which offers spa breakfast, Hawaiian poké bowls, healthy toasts, smoothies, and much more. Then, our guided Aloha Spa Ritual awaits, taking you (up to 8 participants per start) on a journey through the Hawaiian archipelago in the form of different stations where you, under guidance, perform a series of treatments with beneficial products from L:a Bruket. How about a foot bath with sea salt, body scrub and enjoying the silence in our warm lagoon illuminated only by torchlight? The Aloha Spa Ritual concludes in The Nest Relax, where you let your senses rest, nestled in our comfortable loungers with a wide panoramic view of the Skåne fields…

Important to Know:

✓ The Honulele Hawaiian Spa in Skåne is beautifully located at The Lodge on top of the Romeleåsen in Skåne. It only takes about 30 minutes from Malmö, 40 minutes from Ystad, and 1 hour from Helsingborg by car to get here, and Österlen is just a stone’s throw away. See map here

✓ Parking is right below the beautiful hill of beech alley that leads up to The Lodge and Honulele Spa. It’s possible to drive up and drop off passengers who are unable to walk up on their own, then drive down and park again. We have 8 spots for electric car charging (E.on 22 kWh) at the parking area.

✓ Head directly up to the Honulele Spa’s own reception to check in upon arrival. You will find the entrance to us inside the cozy garden by the hotel section The Treetop Lodges on the right side. Before entering the Spa area, please remove your shoes and store them on the shoe racks outside the entrance. Alternatively, you can choose to take your shoes into the changing rooms and lock them up there. Please note that we do not take responsibility for lost or misplaced shoes.

✓ You only need to bring swimwear. Bathrobe, slippers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion (from L:A Bruket) are provided on-site. We have a range of products for both face and body, and also sell swimwear if you’ve forgotten yours at home. In Honulele Spa, swimwear is mandatory, and it’s important that you wash your hygiene zones with soap before entering the spa area. Burkini is allowed, otherwise, no clothing other than swimwear (which is mandatory) is permitted in our pools.

✓ The time you’ve booked is your arrival time to Honulele Spa. You’ll start by enjoying our 38-degree warm infinity pool, cooling plunge pool lounge, and our hot sauna. Honulele Spa also has a spa café with a bar where you can purchase drinks, breakfast, snacks, poké bowls, fruit plates with exotic fruits, and much more before your ritual begins.

✓ Two (2) hours after your start time, it’s time to enter the Aloha Spa Ritual, a guided spa ritual where one of our experienced spa hostesses helps you and the rest of the group (6-8 persons/group) to get started through the different spa experiences. The ritual ends with about 30 minutes of relaxing rest in The Nest Relax.

✓ Are you celebrating something special? Then you can book our spectacular VIP Room for your two hours at Honulele Spa before the ritual (price 795 SEK). In addition to the exclusivity and a private exit to the pool, it also includes a glass of sparkling wine and a fruit plate with exotic fruits for each.

✓ To make the most of your day, we highly recommend booking a beneficial treatment after the Honulele Retreat. We offer everything from massages to facial and body treatments. To ensure a spot, it’s best to book in advance via our website. Provide your booking number for the Honulele Retreat so we know the bookings are connected and can plan the best for you.

✓ We have a 12-year age limit throughout Honulele Spa, except for our Spa holiday packages (during school holidays) when we temporarily lower the limit to 10 years.

✓ We wish for a quiet and calm environment for all our Spa guests. Therefore, please keep your voice low, set any mobile phones to airplane mode, and respect that other guests do not wish to be included in photographs from our Spa.
