How far in advance do you recommend that I book treatments?

Feel free to book your treatments as soon as you can so that you get the times and treatments you want. Click here to access our treatment menu.


Do you offer duo treatments?

We do not offer any duo treatments. However, you can usually get treatments at the same time as there are four treatment rooms available at the Honulele Spa.


What are the age restrictions?

We have a 13-year age limit at our Spa for both the spa and treatments. On selected days on school breaks we offer Family spa for children from 10 years old and up. This applies to both the Spa and treatments.


Do I need to inform about allergies, medications or pregnancy when booking treatments or The Spa Ritual?

Yes, it is important to do this so that our therapist is informed before any treatment or Spa experience takes place.


How long before my treatment should I be at the Spa?

We are happy to see that you are changed and ready for your treatment 10 minutes before.


Do I need to bring something with me when I arrive?

Both as a Hotel guest and a Day guest we provide you with a bathrobe, towel and slippers. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are available both the hotel rooms and the changing rooms for day Spa guests. There are lockers in the changing rooms where we recommend you place your valuables and for our hotel guests, we recommend that you leave your valuables in the room. If you forget your swimwear, we can supply you with some which are for sale at main reception and in the Spa.


Can I bring my mobile phone?

Out of respect for our guests need for relaxation and tranquility we hope you can use your phone sparingly when visiting us. The sound must be on silent and calls should not take place inside our Spa. It is nice to have a photograph as a memory but please keep in mind that our other guests may not want to be included in the photo.


Can I eat and drink in the Honulele Spa?

In our Spa lounge we offer a  selection of healthy seasonal food and drinks. We serve breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.


What are the cancellation policies?

Bookings for 6 people or fewer can be canceled free of charge until the day before arrival at 12:00 PM. After that, full payment will be charged. For groups of 7 people or more, the following cancellation policies apply:

  • If you cancel later than 1 week before arrival, 50% of the cancellation value will be charged.
  • If you cancel later than 12:00 PM the day before arrival, 100% of the cancellation value will be charged.

Cancellations must always be made via email to: honulelespa@thelodge.se to be valid. Your cancellation is valid once you have received a cancellation number from us via email. Please note that rescheduling counts as cancellation.
