Welcome to our Afternoon Tea Party!
Let us invite you to a heavenly experience high above the treetops – our Afternoon Tea Party.
In cozy restaurant Heaven, with sweeping views over the fields below, you’ll enjoy our Afternoon Tea in several acts – without ever having to leave your table. We begin with the season’s canapés, followed by “the second breakfast”, our take on an eggs benedict. Then we serve freshly baked scones with delicious sides, heavenly pastries, and refreshing iced tea from Sips. Since we base the menu almost entirely on ingredients from our local area and want to support nearby producers, the servings change with the seasons.

Your table is booked for 1.5 hours. If you’d like to stay longer afterwards, you’re welcome to settle into the lounge, subject to availability.
The Winter Menu
Served on Saturdays, Sundays, selected holidays and bridge days. The menu changes during the period.
The Canapés
Tartlet – pike perch – horseradish – light soy
Sourdough – Jerusalem artichoke – unripe berries – aged cheese
Buttermilk bread – Scania hot-smoked ham – mustard – cucumber – cress
The Second Breakfast
Najad salmon – 63° egg – golden beetroot – chorizo sabayonne – vinegar rye – greens from Little Gardens in Katslösa
