Archery

The short activity that hits the mark!

Archery is appreciated as a mingling activity before dinners or as active relaxation in the Japanese manner during intense conferences. We show how it’s done and present a few different bows. You will have the opportunity to try the various bows and receive support in developing your technique.

Ice Sculpting

Let creativity flourish with the help of ice!

An incredibly fun and unique activity that is visually stunning. We prepare large blocks of ice with lights and the tools you need for sculpting, preferably outdoors. Sculpting in ice is unlike anything else, our participants testify. Groups work based on a theme when creating the sculptures. We conclude by admiring each other’s creations, perhaps even awarding the finest sculpture over a warm or cold drink. Ice sculpting requires ordering at least 1 month in advance due to the need for specially ordered ice. Since the ice blocks constitute a significant portion of the cost for this activity, we let you as customers choose how many blocks you want to work with. We recommend 2-5 people per block.

Juggling

For those who need to keep many balls in the air!

In just 45 minutes, we can get participants to master the art of juggling with three balls, or lay a solid foundation for learning at their own pace. It’s a perfect break during a conference. Among other things, we discuss the beneficial side effects such as improved motor skills, brain growth, mental relaxation, which are scientifically proven – as well as the importance of learning to create good habits and help the brain not to create stress.
Juggling balls in a gift box for participants to keep can be arranged.

Sheep Teambuilding – Development in a Fun Way!

 – Learn about teamwork from a sheep, when ordinary teambuilding just doesn’t cut it!

Are you looking for a teambuilding experience that’s anything but ordinary? Marianne Klima has revolutionized teambuilding with her groundbreaking method that uses a flock of sheep as the working material. Just a stone’s throw from The Lodge, in the idyllic surroundings of the Häckeberga Nature Reserve, an unforgettable experience awaits.

Over the course of a few hours, your group’s collaborative skills are put to the test through a series of tasks. Your working material? A flock of 40-80 curious sheep in an enclosure! Between each task, you reflect on which actions lead to success. Sheep herding as a method for group development demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. The sheep quickly identify any weaknesses in your team – and exploit them to the full.

After two hours in the sheepfold, you round off with an in-depth reflection that draws parallels to your daily work and how you can further develop as a team. A truly Less Ordinary addition to your conference, if we do say so ourselves!

The Adventure Race

For those who are looking for a real challenge!

Are you in for a real challenge? You will move as a group between waypoints using a map or GPS. Along the way, you will face challenges of various kinds, from ground-level puzzles, questions, and photo assignments to lighter challenges at a slightly higher elevation.
You will progress on foot and by bike. The setup will be determined based on your purposes and conditions. The course includes both calm sections so you can enjoy the surroundings, as well as stretches where it’s good to move quickly. You will need at least one fully charged mobile phone/team, and the Loquiz app downloaded in advance. Up to 20 people can cycle at the same time.

Time: approximately 1.5-2 hours

Participants: minimum number 4 people, maximum 20 people.

Bow Tag

The new kind of paintball!

Two teams face off on a forest course, each with their own half of the field, shooting each other out with arrows and bows, where the arrow tips are padded to not harm the opponent, but still feel significant upon impact. A popular game that has “taken over” from paintball.

Up to 20 people can play at the same time, and the setup is adjustable in terms of duration.

The Mission

Take technology into your hands and head out into the unknown!

Here, you embark on a fun digital scavenger hunt, combined with practical tasks and team building. The mission often suits larger groups well, as there are more teams to compete against and set traps for.

We take you around to various locations marked on a map in smartphones. The group chooses which way to go, which places to visit themselves. At each location, there are tasks to solve, which may be photo assignments, questions to answer, practical challenges to overcome within a time limit, puzzles to solve, or something to find on site. Ingenuity, creativity, and playfulness come in handy here. The mission can be customized with questions related to the company, in an investigative or enjoyable way.
All teams can see each other’s positions on the map, the current score, but can also disrupt each other by placing mines that temporarily take a group out of play. The more tasks you complete, the more tasks appear on the screen.

You need at least one fully charged mobile phone/team, and the app Loquiz downloaded in advance.

The great thing about this activity is that each group can choose their own level of ambition, competition, or casual walk in the forest. You also get to keep fun photos to look at and compare afterwards!

Mountain Biking

A mountain bike ride along winding trails in breathtaking nature!

A mountain bike ride along winding trails in breathtaking nature is a wonderful activity suitable for many. Around The Lodge, we have access to some of Skåne’s finest biking trails where you can experience both action and a fantastic nature experience at a leisurely pace. Our experienced guides will take you on winding trails at a pace always adapted to the group’s physical conditions. There are several miles of fantastic marked bike trails to choose from, and it’s also possible to explore on your own.

We have about 20 bikes and several guides. For larger groups or a more free-form setup, those who wish can take turns cycling. Bike, helmet, map, and instructions are included.

The Pentathlon

For those who want a relaxed pentathlon with exciting elements!

A very relaxed pentathlon where teams compete in disciplines such as archery, axe throwing, and some fun team-building activities where you solve tasks together as a team.
This is the perfect activity when you want to have fun, laugh together, and try new exciting activities. It’s easy to socialize here.
The setup is a “flexible pentathlon” with well-established concepts that we know are popular and often work well for the whole group. We adapt the choice of activities to the location and time frames, and if you have any special requests.
Many find it very enjoyable to shoot with a bow and throw axes, therefore we often leave some time for free activities after the competition.

Teambuilding/The Team Challenge

Are you with or against your colleagues?

Teambuilding exercises are fun yet demanding challenges that require collaboration. The group works together to solve the tasks. This is where the value of planning, creativity, cooperation, and communication is discovered! The activity is light-hearted and can simultaneously spark thoughts and discussions about teamwork. However, we do not facilitate discussions in this format (as we do in group development activities).

Depending on the number of participants, different formats may work better:

In The Team Challenge (1-2 hours), we divide you into teams that compete in playful duels in each event. Here, the competition is about completing the task fastest or scoring the most points.
During Teambuilding (2-2.5 hours), you compete against yourselves, not other teams. The pace is more relaxed, and you solve the tasks at your own pace.

Time: approx. 1-2 h (The Team Challenge) or 2-2.5 h (Teambuilding)
