Cancellation policy (incl. rebooking) valid for confirmed bookings of conferences and for private groups over 10 persons. Rebooking counts as a cancellation.
Please check your enquiry / confirmation so that it matches your request. If you received a provisional booking, this should be confirmed within 3 business days unless otherwise decided at the time of booking.
