Cancellation Policy
Please check your inquire / confirmation so that it matches your request. If you received a provisional booking, this should be confirmed within 3 business days unless otherwise decided at time of booking.
Cancellation (incl rebooking) policy valid for confirmed booking of conferences and for private groups over 10 persons.
- Cancellations later than 4 weeks prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total value.
- Cancellations later than 2 weeks prior to arrival will be charged 75% of the total value.
- Cancellations later than 1 week before arrival will be charged 100% of the total value.
In all other cases, we refer to Visitas policys for conferences.
