Fill both your body and mind with new energy during your conference in our beautiful yoga room overlooking the forest and nature. We customize the yoga class to your group and your wishes. Yoga strengthens the muscles, improves concentration and increases flexibility. Choose from Hatha, Vinyasa or Yin Yoga. We are happy to help you find the yoga that is best for your group!

Hatha Yoga

Hathayoga is performed at a calmer pace where you hold each position for several breaths. This form of yoga is good for beginners as the exercises are more static and allowes more time to find the position. The exercises are performed standing, sitting and lying down and contribute to improved body awareness.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga has the same foundation as hatha yoga, but the exercises are performed more in a flow where you follow the rhythm of your breath.

Yin Yoga

You perform the exercises sitting or lying down and you hold each position for a longer time for the muscles to relax and get into a deeper passive stretch. Stretching the connecting tissue that makes us feel stiff. Yin yoga contributes to increased flexibility, stimulates internal organs, has a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system and provides deep relaxation.

All of our yoga sessions begin with breathing exercises and ends with relaxation.
