Yin yoga is based on the Taoist concepts of yin (rest) and yang (activity).
This is a meditative form of yoga, where yin works as a balance to yang. To find harmony between yin and yang in our lives is a way of feeling at peace on all levels.

Yin yoga consist of a series of long held, passive floor poses that primarily affect the lower part of the body as the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine.
In the body, the relatively stiff connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia) are yin and when we hold the postures for a longer time we give the body a chance to release the tension held in these areas.

Yin yoga improves your flexibility, stimulates inner organs, has a calming and balancing effect on your nervous system and is deeply relaxing. At the same time as it improves your energy flow and concentration.
This form of yoga is suitable all levels, from beginners to more advanced yogis.

Time: 1 h Yinyoga (+45 min to set your conference room, 30 min before and 15 min after)
Minimum number: 5 participants
Maximum number: Depending on the size of your conference room. Ask us!
Location: Performed in your conference room or if the weather allows outdoors on our wooden deck or in the woods.
Yogini: Our Spa manager Malin is educated Yinyoga instructor and holds this activity.


Please note that we will help to set your conference room for yoga before your hour starts as you change into comfortable clothes. Therefore, count around 30 minutes before the yoga can start and about 15 minutes for us to reset your room to conference afterwards. We have yoga mats for those of you who do not choose to bring your own.
