For those who need to keep many balls in the air!
In just 45 minutes, we can get participants to master the art of juggling with three balls, or lay a solid foundation for learning at their own pace. It’s a perfect break during a conference. Among other things, we discuss the beneficial side effects such as improved motor skills, brain growth, mental relaxation, which are scientifically proven – as well as the importance of learning to create good habits and help the brain not to create stress.
